Job Description

Role and responsibilities :

• Responsible for overseeing the design process of the project, from the initial concept to the final completion. This involves coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets the requirements, budget, and timeline of the project.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, materials, and contracts, as well as monitor and report on the progress and quality of the design work.
• Prepare / oversee the preparation of design briefs, studies of user requirements, technical aspects, site conditions, planning, design and building in use etc as necessary; and give appraisals and recommendations.
• Obtain stakeholders approvals on different design stages and confirm cost and program compliance with investment case and to present designs.
• Negotiate contracts; approve and apply payments; and provide services and reports including change management; contract administration advice, and settle final consultants accounts to ensure transparency and adherence to AFGRE policies and procedures through different project stages.
• Follow up and provide the necessary information to develop Project Handbook, Design Manuals and Fit out Guides;
• Report on development and monitor the unit performance against the vision and KPIs for the project.

Job Requirements

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering. is a MUST
• Real Estate Background is a must
• Excellent and strong knowledge in local regulation and international codes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture with minimum 7 years of experience .
• Strong technical skills with strong knowledge of AutoCAD cad & Revit, building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills eye for detail , aesthetics and functionality.
