We are seeking an accomplished Strategy and Organization Development (OD) Senior Manager to spearhead our corporate planning and structural growth agenda. In this capacity, you will serve as the strategic backbone of a large organization — ensuring that our structure, roles, and departments are consistently aligned with our long-term business direction.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution: someone who can translate high-level organizational ambition into clear structures, coherent accountabilities, and measurable progress.
Job Description:
- Strategic Planning — Own the annual strategic planning cycle from analysis through execution. Partner with senior leadership to define organizational objectives and translate them into structured, actionable roadmaps.
- Organization Design — Architect and maintain the company's organizational framework. Clearly define departmental mandates, role boundaries, and scopes of work to drive cooperation and eliminate duplication.
- Initiative Oversight — Monitor the performance and progress of key corporate initiatives. Deliver regular, insight-driven reporting that keeps leadership informed and decisions grounded in data.
- Governance Support — Support the effective operation of corporate committees and internal reporting structures, reinforcing clear and consistent decision-making across the organization.
- Business Conduct & Integrity — Steward the company's internal grievance and business conduct framework, upholding professional and ethical standards across all office and field locations.
