We’re Hiring – QC Section Head at Legrand Egypt

Legrand Egypt is looking for an experienced and motivated QC Section Head to lead our quality control operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, supporting our ongoing commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of quality control to ensure product quality and adherence to regulations.

• Develop and implement procedures for product testing and inspection.

• Manage quality issues, including recalls, and make decisions that protect product integrity.

• Lead, train, and support the QC team to maintain strong performance and continuous development.

• Work closely with Manufacturing, QA, and Regulatory teams to meet project and production goals.

• Participate in risk assessments and manage investigations of deviations or non-conformities.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive ongoing improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 7–8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).

• Experience in analytical method development, validation, and product characterization.

• Solid understanding of QA/QC principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
