Role Overview: Paid Media Sr. Manager / Director (Remote, Full-Time)

You'll play a pivotal role in planning, strategizing, and executing impactful media buying campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search & Performance Max), TikTok, and LinkedIn to meet client objectives.


Campaign Execution, Optimization & Analysis (60%)

  • Develop and execute strategic media plans across major digital channels including Facebook, Google Search, Google PMax, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Set up campaigns and adapt creative assets according to best practices for various screen sizes and platforms.
  • Monitor and manage media campaigns daily, ensuring they align with client objectives, performance targets, and budget requirements.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generating actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed, insightful reports highlighting budget utilization, key performance metrics, and campaign results.


Client and Stakeholder Communication (20%)

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding media planning and campaign execution.
  • Develop and deliver compelling media proposals, plans, and performance presentations.
  • Support strategic communication planning and participate in client meetings to demonstrate media expertise and insights.


Administrative & Research Support (20%)

  • Conduct market research to uncover industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitive insights.
  • Help build detailed audience profiles and segmentation strategies based on research.
  • Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices, proactively sharing knowledge to drive innovation in our media strategies.


Qualification:

  • Strong academic background with a solid GPA from a reputable university and a genuine commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and excellent communication skills in English, capable of managing global client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and structuring workflows efficiently.
