Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reel Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and can produce engaging, eye-catching short-form videos. Basic video editing skills are required to bring content to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content (mainly Instagram Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

• Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, and effects to apply in content creation.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative video concepts.

• Shoot, edit, and publish reels with attention to detail and brand guidelines.

• Repurpose existing content into reels/short videos.

• Ensure quick turnaround on trending content ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating reels or short-form video content (portfolio or samples required).

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).

• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.

• Good communication and time management skills.

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Familiarity with advanced editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Previous work in content creation, marketing, or social media management.
