Job Description

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in line with approved budgets and requirements.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments to ensure materials and spare parts availability.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, contracts, and supplier information.
• Resolve any issues related to supply shortages, delayed deliveries, or non-conformance.
• Support supply chain improvement initiatives and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain engineering.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
