Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Russian Speaker. The Russian Speaker will be responsible for assisting with medical and travel support services for Russian-speaking clients. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, coordinating with healthcare providers, translating documents, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and English languages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service, medical assistance, or travel assistance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
