Tendering Engineer is needed

We are looking for “tendering Engineer” for oil &Gas company to join our team.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Receive the items requests from tendering team , revise and search and forwarding them to vendors for pricing.

• Manage the search for specific items, sending requests to vendors and colleting Quotations.

• Ensure accurate and timely communication with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and Quotations.

• Analyze receives Quotations and prepare them for comparison, ensuring all the pricing and conditions are accurately recorded.

• Calculate shipping costs, profit margins and establish incoterms for Quotations to provide them to follow up team.

• Collaborate with data analysis team to identify and track the most frequently requested items.

Qualification, work experience and Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, business, or related field.

• Entry level experience in procurement or tendering is plus.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in team.

• Experience from 1 to 3 in the same position

• Location: Nasr City, Cairo.
