Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing new suppliers and ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications
- Negotiating purchase terms and evaluating the suppliers performances
- Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
- Ensuring that contracts terms and conditions are in line with Nagwa s policies and are written in legal form
- Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and correcting shortcomings
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records
- Conducting market and product research and cost analysis
- Coordinating with the requisitions department to obtain required administrative information and documents necessary for processing the procurement
- Reviewing and updating the list of contracts and keeping track of their renewal dates
- Searching for global suppliers for international purchases
