We are hiring an Electrical Design Manager to lead and manage the electrical design team in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely LV panel design solutions. You will oversee the development of design concepts, ensure compliance with international standards, and coordinate across departments to meet project deadlines. This role will directly impact operational efficiency and technical excellence while mentoring and guiding a team of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical design engineers in producing complete design packages.
• Develop design concepts and detailed solutions for LV/MV electrical systems, including panels, distribution, and control systems.
• Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and BOQs.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC, NEC, and other relevant international standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to align project requirements.
• Represent the design team in client and consultant meetings for reviews and approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous technical improvement.
• Implement standard design procedures, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12–15 years of experience in electrical design, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in LV/MV systems, panel manufacturing, and electrical distribution networks.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar electrical design software.
• In-depth knowledge of international standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE).
• Excellent leadership, project coordination, and team management skills.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time.
