Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ecommerce strategy, enhancing user experience, driving traffic, and increasing online conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring seamless navigation, fast loading speeds, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads).
- Monitor and analyze website metrics, sales performance, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee online merchandising, content updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Work with third-party vendors, logistics, and payment providers to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ecommerce technologies.
- Lead, train, and support cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional online customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) in managing ecommerce operations, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
