Savills Egypt seeks a results-driven Procurement Specialist for our dynamic Sheikh Zayed office. Drive efficient end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and master contract negotiations to achieve significant cost savings while upholding quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Experience
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
