We are seeking a Creative Video Producer (AI-Driven) to lead the ideation and production of engaging video content that promotes our products. This role is not just about execution — it requires creativity, storytelling, and a strategic mindset to craft impactful campaigns using the latest AI video and design tools. The ideal candidate will combine marketing insight with video production skills to deliver high-quality, innovative content.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development
• Generate creative video campaign ideas aligned with company objectives and target audience.
• Research market trends and competitor campaigns to craft unique and compelling storylines.
• Video Production with AI Tools
• Create high-quality promotional and educational videos using AI-driven platforms (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, MidJourney, etc.).
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and shot-by-shot breakdowns for campaigns.
• Integrate AI-generated visuals, animations, and voiceovers into professional-grade outputs.
• Marketing Alignment
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure videos match brand identity and campaign goals.
• Adapt videos for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, website).
• Optimize content for different formats: ads, explainers, reels, and product showcases.
• Innovation & Creativity
• Continuously explore new AI tools and techniques to keep our content ahead of the curve.
• Push boundaries with storytelling and visual experimentation.
• Provide creative direction for larger campaigns involving cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, creative direction, or marketing content creation.
• Hands-on expertise with AI-driven video tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia, MidJourney, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaign videos.
• Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual design skills.
• Ability to work independently and brainstorm fresh, innovative ideas.
• Familiarity with social media ad formats and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in marketing or advertising.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and post-production editing.
• Experience with HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment industry campaigns is a plus.
• Strong grasp of audience psychology and visual communication.
