Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement process, including purchase order creation on the system, tracking, and delivery coordination.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, supplier offerings, and competitive pricing.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure availability of quality goods and services.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and develop purchasing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, standards, and legal regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the team to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, savings, and supplier performance to the manager.
  • Regularly assess and review supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and company expectations.
  • Work closely with other departments to align procurement strategies with business objectives.



The Job specifications:


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent).


Technical Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills.


-Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good planning and high accuracy level.
