We're currently looking for a QC Inspector for our factory in Qatar. The QC Inspector field is responsible for ensuring that the quality of work meets the specified requirements and standards for the manufacturing or/and installation of facades.

• Conducting inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with drawing, project specifications, general requirements, and other specific requirements if any.
• Reviewing construction plans and specifications to ensure that the work is being performed as per the design.
• Monitoring the process to identify potential problems and making sure that they are addressed promptly.
• Documenting the results of inspections, including photographs, reports, and other records.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross functional teams like members of the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, etc.
• Providing feedback to Manager regarding the quality of work performed and suggesting ways to improve it.
• Investigating any issues or concerns raised by contractors, subcontractors, or other project stakeholders.
• Performing tests on materials and products to ensure that they meet project specifications.
• Ensuring that all documentation related to quality control is up-to-date and accurate.
• Raise Non-Conformance if there is a discrepancy observed and do follow up with Action parties for timely closure.
• Make sure of the proper handling of Non-Conformance material.
• Support day in day out delivery of all production and plant targets.
• Preparation of inspection data, Released data and MIS reports.
• Identify and implement Kaizens/Ideas for continuous improvement.
