This is a senior role for an experienced chemist responsible for leading product development and technical support, requirements as below.

· Experience working in a laboratory for formulations, material characterizations, coating & Fiberglass application, and benchmarking.

· Conduct lab-scale synthesis experiments of Alkyds, Acrylics & Polyesters, monitor and optimize reaction parameters to achieve desired resin properties.

· Support product transfer from lab-scale to pilot scale to Manufacturing scale and provide feasible solutions for manufacturing issues

· Analysis of raw material required for preparation of resin up to the characterization of final products as well as their application part and testing

· Develop new and improve existing products to meet customer needs.

· Drive product development for emulsions, low VOC products, and cost reduction initiatives according to market requirements.

· Expertise to Operate and maintain laboratory equipment’s: Brookfield Viscometers, FTIR, pH meters, etc.
