Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Inspire, grow, and support an engineering team to reach their full potential.
- Own Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and on-time delivery of projects that align with business goals.
- Shape Strategy: Define and execute engineering strategies that scale our products and fuel innovation.
- Improve Processes: Streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, R&D, and other departments to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain high engineering standards with robust QA processes.
- Manage Risks & Resources: Identify challenges early, mitigate risks, and optimize budgets and resources.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering successful engineering projects.
- Strong technical background in engineering, with experience in software development, hardware design, or other engineering disciplines.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
