Job Description

The Leasing Executive is responsible for promoting and leasing residential/commercial units to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies. This role involves marketing, client relationship management, property supervision of tours, negotiation, and administrative support throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:


Leasing & Sales

•Respond to leasing inquiries when is needed.

•Supervise Leasing Representatives, for property tours ensuring occupancy goals are met, overseeing lease agreements and renewals, addressing tenant concerns and ensuring a positive leasing experience.

•Supervise the end-to-end leasing process, including unit showings, application processing, tenant negotiations, and lease agreements.

•Improve and supervise check-in and check-out processes to streamline tenant transitions and enhance customer satisfaction.

•Prepare and present leasing offers, and secure lease agreements.

•Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly leasing targets set by Leasing Manager.

•Ensure accurate listing of available units across all platforms (CRM, websites, property portals).

•Provide lease reports to Leasing Manager.

•Reaching out to companies to introduce our company and bringing clients to the compound.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

•Maintain professional and positive relationships with residents, prospects, and corporate clients.

•Provide timely follow-up to leads, prospects, and existing tenants.

•Assist in resolving resident complaints and requests in coordination with the Leasing Manager.

Administration & Documentation

•Prepare and process lease applications, agreements, renewals, and terminations.

•Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements in all leasing documents.

•Maintain accurate records of prospects, tours, and lease activities in the CRM system.

•Generate and submit weekly/monthly/yearly leasing reports to Leasing Manager.


Marketing & Networking

•Support marketing campaigns and events to promote available properties.

•Build strong relationships with relocation agencies, brokers, and corporate clients.

•Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy rates to suggest strategies for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

•Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate or hospitality industry preferred).

•Strong negotiation and communication skills.

•Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.

•Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

•Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-oriented approach.

•Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
