Job Description

The Estimation Engineer for Landscape & Swimming Pool projects plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of outdoor and aquatic projects in Dubai, UAE. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate cost estimations and project feasibility assessments. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results that meet both budgetary and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscape and swimming pool projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop project budgets and timelines.
  4. Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
  5. Maintain and update a database of costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
  6. Prepare and present bid proposals to clients, highlighting key project features and benefits.
  7. Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure adherence to budget.
  8. Assist in negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  9. Provide technical support and advice to the project team during the construction phase.
