Who You Are A culturally fluent, platform-native Creative Strategist who knows what makes Gen A, Gen Z and Millennials tick in MENA, especially in KSA . You're not just writing decks or crafting media plans; you're building strategic direction that cuts through the noise and delivers results. You think in hacks and headlines, understand how to make creative travel on social, and know how to sell work that drives both buzz and brand growth. You: - Are Arabic-speaking, with on-the-ground experience; Deep understanding of the cultural norms, attitudes and nuances of the region. - Have helped win and grow big brands on social (and beyond); You know how to make brands relevant across TikTok, IG, YouTube, Snap, and more. - Ability to ‘dig deep’ on consumer research, analyse data and identify market trends, in order to define strategic opportunities for the brand. - Thrive in pitch rooms, idea sprints, workshops and client meetings. - Have Saudi experience?
