Job Description

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment in alignment with company quality and sustainability standards.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure optimal value and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality assurance, and logistics to forecast procurement needs and manage inventory levels.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular assessments, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend strategies to optimize procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports for auditing and continuous improvement purposes.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical specifications and requirements are met.
• Resolve supply chain issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
• Support the implementation of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in line with company certifications and values.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, is a MUST 
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the agricultural, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing raw materials, packaging, and production equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data, assess supplier performance, and generate actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards.
• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
