About the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute tendering specialist to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating tender and proposal submissions for multidisciplinary consultancy projects, with a primary focus on the buildings and large infrastructure sectors. This role requires strong understanding of regional procurement practices, contract frameworks (especially FIDIC), and the ability to manage bids from strategy through to submission while collaborating cross-functionally across technical, commercial, and legal teams.

Key responsibilities/deliverables

• Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for consultancy services in infrastructure and building sectors.
• Analyze RFPs and tender documents to identify project requirements, key deliverables, and associated risks.
• Ensure proposals are aligned with organizational goals, compliant with client requirements, and submitted within deadlines.
