ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager - Creative Design is responsible for managing creative components for the assigned country from design, production to execution. The role holder is responsible for developing in-store toolkits, conducting store audits, and ensuing marketing calendar implementation.
ROLE PROFILE
- Design leaflets and creative campaigns kits for the assigned country in line with the brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the Corporate head office and internal stakeholders to design and execute concepts, guidelines in various creative projects and oversee execution
- Ensure that the designs deliver a consistent look and feel and are in line with the set brand guidelines
- Roll out projects and campaigns as per the Marketing Calendar
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure that branding guidelines are in place
- Ensure Quality of produced assets & monitor in store production
- Provide feedback in a timely manner and ensure that adjustments take place
- Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail’s corporate policies and relevant procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or relevant
- 5+ years of experience in creating creative campaigns
- Experience in creating creative campaigns is a must
- Project Management
- Creative Flexibility skills
