Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, training, personnel, and payroll, and preferred have hands-on experience using Odoo ERP.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage employee records and ensure all data is up to date and compliant with internal policies and labor law.
  • Oversee attendance, leaves, disciplinary actions, and respond to employee queries.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and coordinate with the finance department.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
  • Generate regular HR reports and analyze data related to turnover, attendance, etc.
  • Utilize and manage Odoo ERP for HR operations and data management.

Job Requirements

✅ Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
  • Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on HR metrics.
