Job tittle : procurement engineer

A petroleum service company is seeking for “procurement Engineer “ to join our team .

Responsibilities and duties:

· Processing the Sourcing cycle from searching for best price/quality of customer need.

· Preparing the offers for the customers.

· Coordinate with the technical team in the procurement Dept to make sure that the offer is technically accepted.

· Processing the orders cycle (quoting prices – CS sheet preparation – following – delivery).

· Maintain full technical awareness for specified products to be up to date.

· Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for quotations and orders.

· Identify and qualify potential suppliers through market research and suppliers analysis.

· Implement ,evaluate suppliers and development programs to build long-term, strategic partnerships with key suppliers.

· Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the procurement process.

· Implement the policies and procedures to ensure efficient and to be in compliance with procurement practices.

· Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to optimize procurement activities.

· Prepare and present comprehensive procurement reports, including budget forecasts, cost analyses, and supplier performance metrics.

Qualification, work experience and Skills:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business

· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

· Experience from 1 to 3 in the same position

· Location: Nasr City, Cairo.
