Role Description
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Make outbound calls when required
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Document all customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies and procedures
Meet performance targets and quality standards
Qualifications
Good organization and time management
Clear communication (email, phone, meetings)
Basic admin and computer skills (Excel, databases, etc.)
