Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Engineer role located in Sadat City. The Procurement Engineer will handle supplier evaluation, manage purchase orders, and oversee requests for quotations (RFQs). Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient procurement processes to meet company needs and project deadlines. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and handling Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
• Experience in creating and managing Purchase Orders
• years of experience 2-5
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to procurement and record-keeping
• Previous experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools is an advantage
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
