As an analytics manager, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic decisions, streamlining processes, and optimizing performance metrics. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment, combining your technical skills with business acumen to deliver measurable impact.Your Mission as an Analytics ManagerThis role requires a blend of analytical expertise and strategic thinking. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements. Your insights will directly influence business strategy, customer engagement, and process optimization.What You’ll Do:Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze financial, operational, and customer behavior data to provide actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics, including sales performance, funnel conversion rates, and team productivity.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.

Forecasting & Strategic Planning:

Build predictive models to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning.

Conduct cohort analysis to design targeted strategies for customer nurturing and engagement.

Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic initiatives and value propositions.

Process Optimization & Automation:

Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies and design solutions that streamline workflows.

Automate data entry, reporting, and other repetitive processes to improve operational efficiency.

Business Insights & Collaboration:

Perform funnel analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Partner with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.

Provide insights into customer behavior and market trends to refine products and processes.

What We’re Looking For:Education:

A degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and process automation.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

Experience & Mindset:

Proven experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or data analytics.

Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
