Key Responsibilities:


- Execute daily procurement activities, including RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier communication.

- Source new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

- Compare offers, analyze price trends, and negotiate to secure the best value.

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and budget limits.

- Monitor inventory levels and stock balances to ensure availability and prevent shortages or overstock.

- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to update inventory status and replenishment needs.

- Track and monitor delivery schedules to avoid delays.

- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.

- Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on cost, quality, and service.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvements.

- Support internal audits and prepare procurement reports as required.



Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.



Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).

- Basic understanding of contract terms
