Role Description

We are seeking a Community Management Specialist for a full-time on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The specialist will be responsible for fostering a strong community by engaging with students, addressing inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between the organization and its members. Day-to-day tasks include organizing community events, managing communication channels, ensuring high-quality customer service, and actively contributing to a positive and inclusive environment for all students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships within diverse communities
• Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Previous experience in PR, community management or event planning.
• Graduates from Mass communication PR section or commerce PR section are preferable.
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in German or exp
