Role Description
We are seeking a Mall Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Giza. The Mall Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing tenant relationships, ensuring high tenant and customer satisfaction, and supervising maintenance and facility services. Additional responsibilities include implementing business strategies, optimizing budgets, organizing promotional activities, and maintaining safety and security compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the mall operates efficiently and offers a high-quality experience for retailers and visitors alike.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting to develop strategies and manage financial operations effectively
- Experience in Operations Management to ensure smooth day-to-day mall functioning
- Strong skills in Customer Service to maintain high levels of tenant and visitor satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with tenants, team members, and stakeholders
- Previous experience in retail or commercial property management is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
