Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Reel Creator to produce engaging short-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of trends, storytelling, and visual creativity, and can turn simple ideas into high-performing video content aligned with brand objectives.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels).
• Develop creative content ideas based on current trends.
• Write simple and engaging scripts for videos.
• Perform professional video editing (cuts, transitions, captions).
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve engagement and growth goals.
• Deliver content on time and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:
 

• Experience in video shooting using mobile or camera.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as:
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects (Plus)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok algorithms.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to follow trends and adapt quickly.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Previous experience in social media content creation.
• Portfolio or samples of previous work (Highly preferred).
• Background in digital marketing is a plus.
