Job Purpose:
- Handles planning & implementation of e& on TV, Digital, radio, print and out of home campaigns and all competitive and Tactical Communication Programs on ATL levels.
- Improving the awareness levels to achieve the strategy of the company. Ensuring alignment with company's objectives and brand guidelines
Job Description:
- Responsible for co-developing and implementing the TV and Digital plan for e& based on research findings & proper analysis in compliance with e& overall CRM strategy.
- Oversee annual and quarterly media planning, including budget, forecast and allocation.
- Manage execution of Media campaigns across TV, Digital, radio and out of home.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs and foster career development.
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and efficiency in delivering campaigns that maximize reach, engagement and return on investments.
- Responsible of the media briefing process for all e& ATL & BTL campaigns.
- Acting as internal PM maintaining smooth process and project launches start to end.
- Maintaining the right flow of information between different Marcom functions.
- Co-manages & executes high-quality consistent fully integrated campaigns with ATL & BTL agencies from briefing to launch in order to deliver insightful, on strategy, easily comprehended and highly liked communication campaigns on time & on brand guidelines.
- Always maintains healthy and productive relationships with all external projects stakeholders including communication agencies, production houses, studios, on-ground activation agencies, celebrities, media and rights buyers and events' organizers by demonstrating professional attitude in presentations, meetings and project handling to ensure smooth operations and successful outputs.
- Always maintains healthy and production relationships with all internal projects stakeholders including Segments team, Finance, commercial budgeting, taxation, contracts, research, project management and procurement Process & Procedure:
- Abides by the production and bidding processes and procedures of e&.
- Make sure that all payments to external suppliers (agencies, suppliers and celebrities) are on time.
Qualifications:
- Marketing, Economics, Mass communication or Business Administration Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Media Planning, TV Airing, and Performance Marketing
