Are you passionate about shaping seamless digital experiences on mobile apps and websites?

We’re looking for a talented CMS / Digital Content member to own and drive the content experience on our telecom mobile app & website .

In this role, you’ll lead content strategy and real-time through using a powerful CMS platform.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, localized, and engaging content that enhances our customer experience and supports key commercial goals.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Define and implement mobile content strategy aligned with business goals
• Own the CMS platform—manage templates, workflows, and content calendars
• Ensure timely and dynamic updates for offers, banners, landing pages, and in-app messages
• Collaborate with UX, product, marketing, and CVM teams
• Optimize content for Android/iOS and different user segments (prepaid/postpaid/etc.)

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in digital content management (mobile app focus preferred)
• Telecom industry experience (understanding of core journeys like recharge, bundles, usage)
• Hands-on CMS expertise (AEM, Contentful, Sitecore, or custom tools)
• Strong UX/UI awareness and mobile-first mindset
• Fluent Arabic & English .
• HTML/CSS basics, Agile mindset .
