Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services to support company operations.
• Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability, ensuring alignment with company standards and project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure optimal value and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with internal IT and project teams to assess technology needs and forecast future requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance for audit and reporting purposes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT procurement.
• Support the continuous improvement of procurement processes and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4-9 years of proven experience in IT procurement or purchasing within a corporate or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and vendor landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
