We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist for our client, a well-known brand in the F&B industry is looking to expand their team in Al Maadi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with operations and store teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Analyze customer feedback and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and customer service guidelines
- Support in developing customer experience strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience (F&B is a must)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally under pressure
