• Train, schedule, and supervise cashiers.
• Ensure staff adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
• Handle cashier performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions (cash, C/L, digital payments).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances.
• Coordinate with finance for audits and reporting.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service at checkout.
• Handle customer complaints related to billing or payments.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Maintain POS system accuracy (pricing, menu updates, promotions, VOID, Discounts, CL, Refund, Returned sales to kitchen or bar ).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
• Implement fraud prevention and loss control measures.
