Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Assist in creating, updating, and monitoring reservations
Support trip scheduling and chauffeur coordination
Help verify trip details (pickup time, location, vehicle type)
Update trip notes and system records accurately
Assist in creating, updating, and monitoring reservations

System & Tools
Learn and assist with dispatch software (e.g., reservation & scheduling systems)
Support sending confirmations, updates, and cancellations
Assist in maintaining accurate client, driver, and vehicle information

Communication
Support inbound and outbound calls under supervision
Assist with basic client inquiries via phone and email
Escalate urgent or complex issues to senior dispatchers

Quality & Compliance
Follow internal SOPs and dispatch protocols
