We are seeking a Moderator to oversee content on client accounts, report issues, and help foster a safe digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review all user-generated content.
Remove or report inappropriate, harmful, or spam content.
Ensure community guidelines are consistently applied.
Respond to user inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Escalate serious issues to the team leader when needed.
Prepare brief daily updates on major incidents or trends.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Excellent written communication in Arabic and English.
Ability to make quick, fair decisions.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
