Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the BPO
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, solutions, and delivery) to create customized service offerings for clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business intelligence to leadership.
