Duties and Responsibilities:

• The System Engineer will be responsible to manage a team of technicians, installers, and technical site staff members.
• Knowledgeable and responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and setting up of all Cameras/equipment as per requirement.
• Knowledgeable and responsible for installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of security solutions operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ability to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure within his scope in the project.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and readiness for operation.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with other engineers, or vendors personnel to implement those fixes.
• Ability to write and maintain custom scripts, install upgrades, and firmware set up for various security solutions elements (i.e., servers, applications, cameras, controllers, etc.).
• Experience with teams and technicians working on-site, complex environments in residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain the installed CCTV system, Maintain Daily / Monthly reports,
• Can deal with CCTV Operating, Services, Maintenance, Networking, Troubleshooting Installation
• Know Desktop support, LAN troubleshooting, LAN management, troubleshooting, network installation, preventive maintenance, CCTV Installation, IP Camera, Access Control, Attendance system.
• other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Experience in light current systems including:
• Data Network Infrastructure (Active / Passive).
• Surveillance Systems.
• Access Control System.
• Fire Alarm Systems.
• Public Address Systems.
• IPTV.
• Telephone Systems.
• Ability to manage effectively individuals at all levels.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• High organizational skills and ability to manage stress and meet deadlines.
