Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for air conditioning products in both residential and commercial markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including OEM partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years and up to 8 years of progressive sales experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, products, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and large-scale commercial clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in 6th of October City, Cairo.
