Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager, located in Cairo. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy staff, managing medication inventory, verifying prescriptions, coordinating immunization programs, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pharmacy operations, Pharmacy Practice, and managing prescriptions
• Experience in supervising and working with Pharmacy Technicians
• Knowledge of Immunization processes and standards
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Relevant degree in Pharmacy or related field; licensure and certifications as required by local regulations
• Experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred
