Overseas Talent Match (OTM) is looking for a Foremen/ Site Supervisor (Finishing) for one of its clients.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Finishing) to supervise and manage daily finishing works on site. The role includes coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality of workmanship, and making sure finishing activities are completed according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on site.
• Ensure finishing works meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
• Ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction companies, with solid finishing experience.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works (tiles, marble, painting, gypsum, joinery, etc.).
• Very good English communication skills.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and ensure high-quality finishing works.
