We are looking for a Travel & Logistics Coordinator to manage employee travel arrangements and support logistics for meetings, events, and business needs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in coordinating with service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do
Coordinate employee travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, accommodation)
Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and service providers to secure timely and cost-effective bookings
Handle urgent travel requests, changes, and cancellations when needed
Manage reservations and bookings for company events, meetings, and off-site activities
Coordinate logistics for venues, transportation, and accommodation for business needs
Maintain accurate booking records, costs, and supporting documentation
Provide general administrative and logistics support to enable business operations
What we’re looking for
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Experience: 1–3 years in travel coordination, logistics, or administrative roles
Key skills:
Strong organization and time management
Clear communication and coordination
Close attention to detail and the ability to multitask
