Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an Exhibition Operation Coordinator in an administrative capacity. The role involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of exhibitions, managing logistics, ensuring smooth event execution, and serving as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities may include handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring excellence in administrative support for various projects.
Qualifications
Strong administrative assistance and operations management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage professional relationships
Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address client needs efficiently
Demonstrated analytical skills to resolve problems and improve processes
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with exhibition or event management processes is a plus
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are an advantage
