Job Description
- Oversee and manage all technical operations within the production facility to ensure optimal efficiency and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise cross-functional technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and production departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all technical operations.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in production capabilities.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in technical operations management, preferably within interior design, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of operational process optimization and workflow management.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in a production setting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with various departments.
