Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all technical operations within the production facility to ensure optimal efficiency and quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise cross-functional technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and production departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all technical operations.
  • Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in production capabilities.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in technical operations management, preferably within interior design, manufacturing, or production environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational process optimization and workflow management.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in a production setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and production management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with various departments.
