Job Description

Odoo Functional Consulting & Implementation

  • Analyze client business processes and operational workflows
  • Translate business requirements into practical Odoo functional solutions
  • Configure Odoo modules based on best practices and client needs
  • Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations from discovery to go-live

Pre-Sales & Solution Support

  • Support pre-sales activities by participating in requirement discovery and solution discussions
  • Contribute to solution scoping, effort estimation, and functional input for proposals
  • Assist in presenting Odoo solutions and answering functional questions during pre-sales meetings

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with clients
  • Document functional requirements and process gaps
  • Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
  • Advise clients on process optimization using Odoo

Solution Design & System Configuration

  • Design functional solutions using standard Odoo features whenever possible
  • Configure modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, or Manufacturing
  • Define functional scopes, implementation phases, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with technical teams when customization is required

Testing, Training & Go-Live Support

  • Prepare and execute functional testing and UAT scenarios
  • Validate system behavior against business requirements
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation
  • Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary functional point of contact for assigned projects
  • Manage client expectations and handle change requests professionally
  • Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly
  • Build long-term trust through structured delivery

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and support teams
  • Ensure alignment between functional design and technical execution
  • Support smooth handover between implementation and support phases

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain clear and updated functional documentation
  • Track implementation progress, issues, and change requests
  • Provide structured status updates to internal stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Odoo functional implementation
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting is a major plus)
  • Prior exposure to ERP implementations in at least one of the following sectors is preferred: Construction, Real Estate, or F&B.
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English are required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
