Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ţīwī for a Mystery Shopper. The Mystery Shopper will conduct evaluations of customer service and operational standards following specific criteria provided by the company. Key responsibilities include visiting assigned locations, observing service quality, capturing detailed feedback, and submitting reports in a timely manner. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when interacting with businesses.
