We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The Payroll Officer will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status. The Payroll Officer will be the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and will work closely with HR and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies.
